Booking terms
The short version: your proposal lists everything you get and every charge, each traveller pays their own share, and if we cancel, you get your money back.

Your proposal comes first
Every trip is custom, so each one has its own written proposal: dates, inclusions, the per-person price, the payment schedule and the cancellation charges. These terms cover what every trip has in common. Where the two differ, the proposal for your trip applies.
Prices and taxes
- Prices are per person and list every inclusion. Anything not listed is not included.
- GST is shown in the quote. Tour packages are billed as tour operator services, with the price inclusive of accommodation and transport.
- Trips abroad carry TCS of 2% of the package price, collected under income-tax law. We need the payer’s PAN, and the TCS counts as tax already paid when they file their return.
- A quote holds for the period written on it. Airfares and some hotel rates are confirmed only when booked.
Booking and payments
- A trip is confirmed when the advance in the proposal is paid, or for group links, when the minimum number of travellers have paid.
- Each traveller or parent pays their own share by their link. The organiser sees who has paid.
- The balance is due on the date in the proposal. If it is not paid, we may release that traveller’s place.
- Some costs we pay for you at actual cost, such as visa fees, embassy charges, entry tickets and permits. By booking, you authorise us to pay these on your behalf; they are shown separately on the invoice.
Changes and cancellations
- If you change or cancel, the charges in your proposal apply. They follow what hotels, airlines and other suppliers charge us, and they rise closer to departure.
- Names can usually be changed until tickets are issued; airline and visa rules decide after that.
- If we have to cancel a trip, we refund everything you paid us, or offer another date or trip if you prefer.
- If events outside anyone’s control stop a trip, such as natural disasters, government orders or unrest, we recover what we can from suppliers and pass it on to you, less any costs we cannot recover.
- Any refund due to you is paid within 30 days, to the account you paid from.
Travel documents and insurance
- Each traveller needs a valid ID, and a passport with at least six months’ validity for trips abroad. We tell you what each destination needs.
- We help with visa applications, but embassies decide; a refused visa follows the cancellation charges in your proposal.
- We arrange travel insurance through a licensed insurer. The insurer’s policy decides claims.
On the trip
- On school trips, students follow the school’s code of conduct and the teachers’ instructions.
- A Trip Captain, when the trip has one, may change the day plan for safety, weather or local conditions.
- Travellers who put others at risk may be sent home at their own cost, after we speak to the school, organiser or family.
Our responsibility
We plan your trip and book services from hotels, airlines, transport operators and other suppliers. We are responsible for planning and arranging it with care, and for our own team’s actions. Each supplier is responsible for its own service. If something goes wrong with a supplier, we help put it right on the spot and pursue the supplier for you.
Complaints
Tell your Trip Captain, if one is travelling with you, or call us during the trip, so we can fix it while you are there. After the trip, write to [email protected]; we reply within seven working days.
These terms are governed by Indian law. Any dispute goes to the courts in Hyderabad.
