Do you meet the CBSE and state study-tour rules?
Yes. We act as the registered tour operator, collect written consent for every student, send a lady teacher and female staff when girls travel, and agree staff-to-student ratios with the school before we book.
How do parents pay?
Each parent gets their own link and pays their child’s share by UPI or card. The school sees who has paid; nobody collects cash.
Can parents see where the bus is?
Yes. Parents join one WhatsApp group with an update at every stop, and a live map link if they want it.
How early should we book?
Six to eight weeks for a trip inside India, so we can hold rooms and buses for the whole group.
