Three days in the Pink City for 80 to 400 guests. Your wedding planner runs the ceremonies; we run the guests: travel, rooms and pickups for every family.

- Length
- 3 days
- Best for
- Weddings of 80 to 400 guests
- Best time
- October to March
- Getting there
- Flights into Jaipur from most metros, trains from Delhi in about four and a half hours
Day by day
One way to run it. We change the order, the pace and the places to suit your group.

Day 1: Arrivals and mehendi
Name boards at the airport and station, one car per family, welcome kits with the plan and the map. Mehendi in the afternoon.
Day 2: Haldi and sangeet
Haldi in the morning. An old-city tour for guests who want one, with a wheelchair and a slower pace for elders. Sangeet at night.
Day 3: The wedding
Shuttles to the venue every 20 minutes and a headcount on every shuttle. Departures the next morning by flight time.
What we arrange
- Flights and trains for guests from every city
- Room blocks and a rooming list kept up to date
- Pickups, drops and shuttles with a headcount on each
- A link for each family to pay its share, if you split costs
- A Trip Captain at the hotel desk on the big day, on request
Make it yours
- Udaipur, Goa, Kerala or abroad instead of Jaipur
- Add a pre-wedding trip to Ranthambore for the young crowd
- Four days with a farewell brunch
Good to know
- October to March is wedding season; the best hotels in Jaipur often book up a year ahead for popular dates.
- We work alongside your wedding planner, not instead of them.
