Day by day
One way to run it. We change the order, the pace and the places to suit your group.
Day 1: Srinagar and the lake
Pickups from the airport, a shikara ride on Dal Lake and a night on a houseboat.
Day 2: Mughal gardens
Nishat and Shalimar Bagh, the old city and a wazwan dinner.
Day 3: Gulmarg
About an hour and a half by road. The gondola up the mountain, snow for most of the year at the top.
Day 4: Pahalgam
Drive to Pahalgam through the saffron fields of Pampore. The Lidder river by evening.
Day 5: The valleys
Betaab and Aru valleys by local cab, at the group’s own pace.
Day 6: Home
Back to Srinagar for flights home.
